Style: either you’ve got it or you don’t. But that isn’t what is plaguing the automotive industry right now. Most automakers are caught in the whirlwind that is the green reform movement, and it is helping to bring efficiency to an industry that has been stuck in the dark ages for quite some time. But the big question is, “How do we get from where we are to zero emissions?” We’re coming closer and closer to an answer, but automakers are pumping tons and tons of money into becoming the first company to answer the question.
I’ll tell you what. I’m very invested in the eco-movement, but style IS plaguing me. Just because you have what it takes to propel yourself for 51 miles per gallon doesn’t mean you look good doing it. While that isn’t the most important part of the driving experience, there is a large market out there for drivers who want a vehicle that does what it’s supposed to, but also is a bit more aesthetically pleasing than some of the faux-futuristic cars we’ve seen as of late hitting the market. It’s a good thing your new and used San Jose Accord dealership is gearing up to put a stop to the madness of the car industry’s ugliness.
